Overview

The study program offers complete education in chemistry, with core subjects covering inorganic and organic chemistry, analytical and environmental chemistry, and physical chemistry. Specialized courses include instrumental analysis, advanced organic chemistry and physical chemistry measurements. Foundation courses aimed at providing thorough knowledge in mathematics, chemometrics, basic theoretical chemistry and biochemistry complete the curriculum. The subjects are presented in the form of lectures (theoretical background to the topics, with the aim to provide a wider view of chemical application), seminars (providing space for the discussion of the topics and practicing chemical calculation), and laboratory sessions. The students will deepen their knowledge with the help of the most modern instrumentation.
